Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Exchange Period: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The abaya must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-made, altered, or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange. You may need to arrange for return shipping.


Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds, except in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
  • Wrong item received (must be reported within 24 hours).
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed via store credit or original payment method, depending on the situation.



Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
